CodeFormatterExtension don't work

Description

 
In Extensions manager page,click "view",get error:

Source Viewer: CodeFormatterExtension
Source for [D:\ScienwayWebApp\BlogEngine.NET\App_Code\Extensions\CodeFormatterExtension.cs] not found

Dear chunlizh,

I have solved this problem by moving /App_Code/Extensions/CodeFormatter/CodeFormatter.cs to /App_Code/Extensions/CodeFormatter.cs, and rename CodeFormatter.cs to CodeFormatterExtension.cs.

Then you can use code format.
