Tag cloud now a tag "list"?

It looks like the code for versions later than the release have the tag cloud implementation changed to show tags in an Unordered List (UL) rather than simply within a div as in the released version. Why? It seems like this is contrary to the standard implementation of a tag cloud and could make the list very large. I'm curious as to the reasoning behind it. It will be easy for me to modify it back if I chose to, I'm just wondering why it was done?

Is there a way for me to check what changeset contained a particular modification so I can see the comments on that changeset? If so, I could probably find the answer to this question that way.

I don't know in which change-set the UL first was implemented, but as you state, it is fairly easy to remove from the TagCloud.cs file in the App_Code folder.

The reason for it is accessibility. BlogEngine.NET is Section 508 and almost WAI AAA compliant and the tagcloud needed to be in a UL for that purpose.
