TinyMCE, using iframes

Oct 10, 2007 at 5:49 PM
Hi all,

I inserted the following in tinyMCE.ascx:
extendedvalidelements "iframesrcwidthheightname,hrclasswidthsize,fontfacesizecolor,spanclassalign,scriptcharsetdeferlanguagesrc",

But now its possible to insert iframes initially into the post when creating it, the page shows fine but when editing the existing post the edit field is greyed out and empty.
Might be a BlogEngine bug or TinyMCE.

Regards Ole

I cheat!
I always edit the post using Windows Live Writer and then re-post it.
WLW is pretty cool ;) That said, for some functions you need to stay in HTML view as swapping from HTML to WYSIWYG and back again confuse it (mostly if you have <script>s in the post)
