Our current install of the 1.2 engine works great..... except that it completely crashes at least once a day! It's on a blog w. about 200 posts and gets several hundred visitors a day. Every morning the sys admin has ot run iisreset to get the site back
up and running.
The Application Log just fills with runtime errors and debugger messages that look like this:
.NET Runtime 2.0 Error
EventType clr20r3, P1 w3wp.exe, P2 6.0.3790.3959, P3 45d6968e, P4 mscorlib, P5 188.8.131.52, P6 461eee3d, P7 331e, P8 15a, P9 system.unauthorizedaccess, P10 NIL.
An unhandled exception ('System.UnauthorizedAccessException') occurred in w3wp.exe
3416. Just-In-Time debugging this exception failed with the following error: Debugger could not be started because no user is logged on.
There is not definfite pattern, but these strings of errors sometimes follow an ASP.NET info message in the log:
Event code: 4010
Event message: An unhandled security exception has occurred.
Request URL: http://www.blahblah.com/themes/MyTheme/css.axd/themes/MyTheme/css.axd
Request path: /themes/MyTheme/css.axd/themes/MyTheme/css.axd
Notice that the path to css.axd has been doubled-up for some reason.
Has anyone else encountered this? Is this a code issue or an issue with the framework setup on the server?
Going strictly off that Event, have you tried turning off the CSS compression setting? That should get rid of at least that one.
I have no idea what the .NET 2 errors are. :(
