Small suggestion for the new javascript compressor

I personally think the embedded js file should stay in the Core and registered as a WebResource,
but if you decided to move it to the web and use an handler to compress it, why don't you cache the js string after remove all the shit from it,
and save the overhead of clean it and compress it every response.
