Google Analytics - Async Tracking

I'm not sure how long Google had this code out there, but I didn't see it when I implemented GA on my website.

In theory, it should make pages load faster.

<edit>The only problem w/ this is that Google recommends this to be right after the <body> tag, but there isn't anything in the BE settings that will do that...

It does make pages load faster on when the ga.js file is not in the browser cache (normally 200ms).  It also enables pages to fully load in situations where there are network slowdowns causing the JS file not to load.

If you're advanced with your use of Google Analytics, you should actually load it at the bottom of the head, so that you can use on-page events during the load (if desired).
