I've converted BlogEngine.NET version 1.6 website to Web Application following steps in this thread ( and it works like a charm (it was even easier than described). However, I got some problems when I was trying to open Admin -> Comments -> Settings page. Seems as if the Extensions can't be loaded which causes page to break. I think it's due to the fact that files from App_Code are now in Old_App_Code, but I couldn't find the solution. Any thoughts? Thanks

I just realized that actually none of the extensions work.

In the Old_App_Code, if the ExtensionManager sub-folder is in there, delete that entire ExtensionManager sub-folder -- because this code has been moved into the BE core in BE 1.6.  After deleting the sub-folder, of course, re-compile.

Thanks for the reply!

There is only Extensions folder in the Old_App_Code. ExtensionManager located in BE core is the one that returns an empty list of extension for some reason..
