I have created a VB page that i want as the first page. I have set up everything on the menu control but when type the URL and go to the site blog.aspx comes as the first page.

Is there a way to see the VB page (Called Welcome Page) in the page list?

Or to set that up as the first page on the VB file?

I also tried creating a CS file and put below code in the cs file but NO Luck?

    private bool m_isFrontPage = true;

    public bool isFrontPage
        get { return m_isFrontPage; }
        set { m_isFrontPage = value; }

Can some one please help??

Does the page work if you add it to the end of your url  i.e. www.yoursite/default.aspx?

also I assuming you have ticked the box in the cpanel to assignit  as first page?

I assume this page has nothing to do with the blog itself and shares no common areas?

If that's the case what I do is create a page called index.aspx and set it as the default document to serve on the website through IIS or a control panel (as I think donnysrx suggested).

The only issue I have run into by doing this is that the tag cloud links seem to use this route and it breaks them. A quick edit to the tag cloud widget fixes it. There may be other issues but I have not seen any in my implementations.
