Does BE support non-english character set correctly because the more i try it with Greek, the more it fails.

Trying to add some Greek posts in the blog, i fail to SAVE them because of an error:

Url : ................/admin/Pages/Add_entry.aspx

Raw Url : /admin/Pages/Add_entry.aspx

Message : A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client (ctl00$cphAdmin$txtContent$TinyMCE1$txtContent="

Looking the TinyMCE HTML source code, to see what it tries to save, i see all the Greek text wrong displayed. Example:

p>Καθημερινά καταχωρούνται δεκάδες νέες αγγελίες - απάτες, κυρίως από χώρες

I will look further to see what happens...

I run this in Windows 2008r2 server.

Ok problem solved by editing TinyMCE.js and changing the Entities from NAMED to RAW. I remembered this problem from an other ASP application. Also i switched back from Net4 application to Net2 just in case.

My initial post seems to be 2 different problems.

1. The error appears to be from Net 4.

2. The TinyMCE problem seems to be from the settings of Entities (default=names, changed to RAW). FYI, the (2) apparently is a problem with all high bit character sets and not only with Greek. For example Russian etc etc ... thanks
