Session Variable in Post Content

Links coming into my blog will have a query string value used for campaign tracking, something like campaignID=1234.  I want to capture this value and store it in a session variable.  I am not a .net engineer but figure I can get at least that far.  The problem is that I want the session variable to render within the blog content - as it is now the .net command just outputs as text.  Basically I need to carry this campaignID forward to the next site when someone clicks a link within a post.

In "Use raw HTML" I would like to be able to type in something like this: (I am aware this is most likely incorrect syntax, but you should see what I'm getting at here)

<a href="http://somesite.com?outgoingCampaignID=<%=Session('campaignID')%>">Click Here</a>

Any ideas?  Thanks ahead of time!
