Hello,

Is it possible to use the latest version of BE (from source) with DbBlogProvider?
If so, how do I find/generate the required schema changes from latest release version (1.6.1)?

Thanks in advance !

Here's the source code for version 1.6.1.  You can get the DbBlogProvider from that.  The DbBlogProvider for the latest developer build includes new code that you probably wouldn't want to put into v1.6.1.

For the DB schema for 1.6.1, it's basically going to be the same as 1.6.  You can get this schema from the setup folder (e.g. setup\SQLServer, etc).  The file name is MSSQLSetup1.6.0.0.sql.  I don't think there were any DB schema changes between 1.6 and 1.6.1.  If there were any, then we would have a SQL file for BE 1.6.1 which we don't have.  So the DB schema for 1.6.1 must be the same as it is for 1.6.

I am trying to run the latest developper version from with DbBlogProvider.
Do you suggest me to use DbBlogProvider v1.6.1 with v1.6.2.47 source-code?

Ced2k,

You'll also need to run the 2.0 upgrade script (for example, from here).
