Getting HTTP Error 503 when adding new extensions/widgets or change settings

I'am getting very often a HTTP Error 503 when adding new extensions/widgets or changing settings from a extension/widget:

Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.

After waiting 10-20 minutes everything is working fine again.
I have ASP.NET webspace using .Net 3.5 with a MSSQL Server 2008.
My BlogEngine.NET version is
I'am using the Detailed Download Counter and the Blog Analytics widget.

Where can I find out why the error happend?
Are there any logs written?
I also mailed my hoster but I get no response yet.

What can I do?

My hoster mailed me that the BlogEngine webapplication is using more than 50% CPU workload over 15 minutes so the ApplicationPool will automaticly restart.
Why the hell does this happen?

Check in event logs if your application pool is getting recycled or some other error is occuring that causes your application to stop responding. After modifying extension setting, a delay of few seconds may be normal because some cache objects may be getting refected and causing a dealy of 2-5s. But not 10-20 minutes.

Switching my webspace to .NET 4.0 and using the 4.0 Web.config fix the problem!
