subdomain in blogengine?

My hosting is IIS7, then i create a sub domain named leech: but it occur an error message, please advice me

Note: leech folder is PHP code and there is an .htaccess file.

That error you are getting is typical if the Application Pool is not set to use .Net 4 or a pre-release of the .Net 4 framework is installed.

Typically this happens because a) the file is not found in the Global assembly cache, or b) the incorrect version of the .Net 4 framework is installed, which then a simple re-install of the most recent release or C) you have your application set to disallow 32 bit applications.

@nvanhaaster: I got this, the problem has been fixed

I just disable application fool in the sub domain which non BE application and then It worked
