Less than a year ago I was evaluting BlogEngine.NET and among other things tried blogging from Diarist
http://www.kevdaly.co.nz/Software/Blogging/Diarist.aspx from my Windows Mobile device. It worked like charm back then.
Now I tried to do the same and I get an error in Diarist saying "Invalid XMLRPC request. (Data at the root level is invalid. Line 1, Position 1)".
Obviously new versions of both BE.NET and diarist were released since then but I'm wondering what side changed so it doesn't work anymore?
I tried TBlogger
http://darrenjohnstone.net/2007/06/29/travelling-blogger-for-windows-mobile/ too and it failed similarly (though error message was less detailed). So it looks that something in BE implementation
of XML-RPC/MetaWeblog API is not compatible with some implementations on Windows Mobile or something like that.
Has anyone found a solution or reason for this?
