With BE  since there is no "Hard coded" theme you select it.

You will not beable to use the Page Designer with MS Visual Studio

If you can I don't know how to do it?

But, my understanding is that since there is no "Hard coded" theme that using the Page Designer

is not possible.

Best thing to do for designing a theme is to press F5 to have it launch your website in your browser.

Also the Page Designer when you use it injects code thats not really needed and also messes it up.

So its best not to use it.

So use the code view

F5  it

Look at the page

Not what you want make adjustments to your .css

then save

Then F5 it again.

Tip: For Designing I use  NotePad++  you can have your .css files up, site.master, postview and etc in tabs

Keep open your webpage  and all you have to do to see the changes is to refresh the page.

But, you still have to have VS open to run the site through.

This is just a personal preference for me.

Like having a wide screen of just the code.

Not with all the other things that VS has. :)
