Month List is listing more than the month selected

Oct 31, 2011 at 6:37 PM

Hello All,

When I go to Month List

and select a month to view posts made in that month it shows

more than the month that was selected.

For Example I click on October 2011  -->2011/10/default.aspx

It shows the 1 post from Oct but also shows posts that were made in September.

Its like it has no effect on the listing of the posts at all.

The Screen shot is below:

I am using BlogEngine.NET

I have no clue why its doing this?

Rtur:  Current build works fine.

So whats different from BlogEngine.NET  and BlogEngine.NET ?

I have lots of custom code so I have to manually update the code for the Month List to make it work.

Don't have time to recode everything to BE

Month List Widget:

widgets/month list

Is this all of the locations of the Month List widget?

Did a copy and replace of the new code for the month list

Month List Widget:

widgets/month list

Only file that was different was the widget.ascs.cs  file

But, still does not work.

Is there a file I am missing?

Its the default.cs  page

Some reason its making it not work.

Switched default.cs with new one and it works.

So its my custom code on the default.cs that might be causing the problem.

Trying to figure it out.

RTur:  I have custom code so I can't use BE right now because it would require lots of recoding for me.

What I need to know what was changed to make the Month list work?

I need to manually change the files that are needed to make it work.

All you need is to change from "&" to "&" in a single file (UrlRewrite.cs).

I did that.

It still didn't work.

var page = string.Format("&page={0}",context.Request.QueryString["page"]);

I quess its my default.cs page?

Thats where my custom code is at.

I had email you Rtur from your website contact page.

I attached the default.aspx.cs as a zip in the email for you to look at.

It will be too long and hard to look at if I posted it here.
