how to remove "powered by blogengine.net " ?

Is there any fee ? if not, can we remove - how to remove "powered by blogengine.net " ?

It is part of copyright that nobody can't remove this ?

You can remove it -- no fee.

It's in the theme.  Most likely in site.master.  If you're using the Standard theme for example, it's at /themes/Standard/site.master.

Quick question: if I will use any other theme and there is any statement like designed by ....so n so...

I will need to contact the author in order to remove any copyright statement etc , right ? (I  think I should but just want to make sure)

Yes, probably it would be good to ask the person about removing their name.  Some people like their name to stay on there, and some don't mind.
