Pages - how to hide title in body...

May 25, 2008 at 3:21 PM

When I create a page, say in this example I create a page called help. This created the page help.aspx but in the body when I view this page I see a <H1> tag with 'help' in it. How can I remove this title from the body text?

I was thinking off using the CSS to change the style to display: none; for the <h1> tag but I was wondering if there was a better way?

The code that is generated is:

<h1 id="ctl00_cphBody_h1Title">help</h1>

I hope someone can help. Thanks.

You could edit page.aspx on the root of BlogEngine.NET. I assume that you would hide all pages :)

Here's the code

<h1 runat="server" id="h1Title" visible="false" />

I add visible="false" parameter.

Have fun!
