How to change the url structure for Pages?

In my website I'm trying to utilize BlogEngine along with static pages.  I've created my static pages, taken the url that blogengine gives to me and placed the url's in my site.master template.  The one thing I'd like to be able to do is to change the location of the page.

For example, the url that it gives me is ~/pages/pharmacy.aspx.   How can I go about removing the "pages" portion of the url and change this to something of my liking like ~/spanish/pharmacy.aspx.

We are trying to create an environment that is more search engine friendly and the more keywords that search engines find, the higher the page rankings can be.

Much appreciation.
