Change default language return error

If I change the default language from a blog that is running from about six months, the system accept the changes, but when I try to change or to add a new post I got into a conversion error of datetime supplied in a wrong format.
I tried to enter into the web page and investigate without success.

Forcing the new culture produce just in the code (and not in the system settings) produce the same behaviour as well as trying to use and IFormatter setup to the culture. The only condition where I don't get error is using the Calendar .net object within a new DateTime Object, but when in that case, the italian date I try to setup is never recognized and every post will be printed as 01/01/2000.

Investigating into the core dll, doesn't produce results too. Apparentely there aren't reasons for which this should happen.

Any suggestion where to look into?

Thanks
Andrea
