Hi Guys,

Need a bit of help.
I got BlogEngine.NET, loaded my blog data onto it, checked it on my local system, everything works fine. Uploaded it to my webhost via ftp, checked it out, but the themes dont load by default. - see for yourself  www.tariqayad.com
Does anyone know if there additional configuration for themes to work. The webhost has been slow lately could this be the issue.

Would appreciate any help,
Thanks,
Tariq

It looks like your css file isn't being loaded:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/themes/Leaves/css.axd?name=style.css" type="text/css" />

If you try and load just the stylesheet, it's empty:

http://www.tariqayad.com/themes/Leaves/css.axd?name=style.css

Check your site.master for that theme and change the css code to:

<link rel="stylesheet" href="/themes/Leaves/style.css" type="text/css" />

which loads fine:

I checked your site and see no theme loaded, but if I put the theme parameter to force it use a theme, it's ok, so maybe there're problems with your theme. Which theme did you set?

Try these, they work normally:
http://www.tariqayad.com/?theme=standard
http://www.tariqayad.com/?theme=leaves

That must be a problem related to the theme which you're using.

Hi Guys,

Thyanks for the responses,
as you might have deduced I am using the leaves theme. and if I were to force the theme with ?theme=standard or ?theme=asr it works. If I go to the login page then the theme loads. But if I do a refresh clearing the cache (CTRL + F5) then its back to square one with no themes.

Anyone has any insight as to what is failing, and or any troubleshooting steps I can take.

Thanks
