If you are using SQL blog provider - 1.4 won't run under medium trust (default in most hosting environments). New release, coming likely this weekend, will fix this issue (you can download latest source where it is already fixed). If you are using XML provider, you might check write permissions on app_data folder.

I downloaded the latest source on 7/24...and i still got the issue

Rtur : I have tried installed the 1.4.5 version at priyasashidhar.com and I get the same exception I was getting before. I used the SQL Server as the default provider.

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.
