I am receiving an error from google.

Let me first explain how my site is set up.
My Blog is set up using Blog Engine 1.4.0.0
and it is loacted at the following URL: http://www.extensiveseo.com/blog/
It is set up in a Virtual Directory.
I have two Google Sitemaps, one for the main domain and the one that the Blog Engine Creates.
The entry that I made in the Sitemap for the main Domain points to the Blogs Home Page like so:
- <url>
  <loc>http://www.extensiveseo.com/blog</loc>
  <priority>1.0</priority>
  <changefreq>weekly</changefreq>
</url>
In Google Webmaster Tools under Sitemap Details I keep getting the following error:
URLs not followed
When we tested a sample of the URLs from your Sitemap, we found that some URLs were not accessible to Googlebot because they contained too many redirects. Please change the URLs in your Sitemap that redirect and replace them with the destination URL (the redirect target). All valid URLs will still be submitted. Help Help

This is not the first time that I received this error, at first I thought it might be a fluke so I just waited and I got the error two more time over the last two months.
Is there some type of issue with the Blog Engine That causes the Blogs Home Page to redirect to many times?
Anyone have any Ideas?
Help would also be great!

I've received the same error.  I think it has something to do with the rewrite behind the scenes.  Is this anything to worry about?

never mind.  I think I found the problem.  I had changed the enforcement of www. canonical to remove the www. but this was after I submitted the sitemap so google sees all my links with the www.

Resubmitting the sitemap should fix the issue.
