How to integrate blogengine into existing website

I have a request to blogify (my term) about half an existing 3.5 website.

The existing website has a master page with a lot of guff at the top, lhs, and rhs.  The individual pages are below a menu near the top of the master page.

The masterpage with all the guff and menu are to be the same, but 3 of the menu options are to be blogified. This includes the home page of the site.

I would appreciate it if someone could tell me if this is possible and if so give me a suggestion on how to go about it.

Thanks in advance.

There are many ways integrating applications. The easiest is to run two side-by-side (or as sub-application) with shared authentication. Custom theme can copy your main site design so it will look like part of the application. If you want deeper integration, you would need merge some of the files into your app folder, there are some examples you can find online.

Thanks rt - I thought that might be the case, but I am new to blogengine and wanted to know for sure.
