I am running v2.6 on an asp.net 4.0 hosted environment.  The initial install was clean.  However, I do not see the "About the Author" control.  It is not listed in the available controls.  Is this control available in 2.6?

"About" is a standard textbox widget renamed to "About the Author" with some text added.
