widgets again

I am having trouble localizing widgets title and text. As it appears, widget framework works by reading directory names. You can't change widget title without changing directory names and if I do that then all the hell breaks loose (can't load Widgets etc.)

I tried renaming it in App_Data/widgets folder in XML files but obviously the widget framework does not read it from there.

To make matters worse, some widgets allow changing the title through its edit page but most do not allow that.

I think this should be addressed ASAP to make things consistent.

I solved this problem by making all the widgets editable (by putting IsEditable to true in source code for each widget). The widgets implementation sucks big time but the developers of BE.NET don't want to hear about it (I tried) so I guess we will have to live with it (unless they change it in the next version).

I'm doing the most necessary stuff, that I think it needs to be changed, myself, the only problem is I will have to do it again when the next version ships.
