How to edit link of title

I am pretty new to this thing, as I have just set up my blog today...  I am trying to find a way to edit the link of the main title.  Currently (and by default), whatever you name your bloas is a clickable link that will go to the home/default page of your blog.  I would like to change this to go back to the root of my website.

Does anyone know how this can be done?  I have tried looking through the help files, and after getting 12 pages in, I have given up on the reading and decided to rely on the assistance of the community...

Thanks in advance,

Open your site.master ot the theme you are using and you will see the title is made from

<a href="<%=Utils.AbsoluteWebRoot %>"><%=BlogSettings.Instance.Name %></a>

<%=Utils.AbsoluteWebRoot %>

 to a standard link to your website.

Thanx for the advice... it seems to partially work (though I am sure there is something I am doing wrong)...

When I change the line as instructed to, now when I click the link I get an error 404.

It is trying to go to<>

I have tried several variations, as well as looking up how this is suppose to be coded, and it seems that you are exactly correct, and it just isnt behaving as it should, or there is something that I am missing...

Here is EXACTLY as it reads right now....

<div id="header">
    <h1><a href="<>"><%=BlogSettings.Instance.Name %></a></h1>
    <h2><%=BlogSettings.Instance.Description %></h2>

Try :

<div id="header">
    <h1><a href=""><%=BlogSettings.Instance.Name %></a></h1>
    <h2><%=BlogSettings.Instance.Description %></h2>

Thank you very much,
