URL Path for blog

Hi.  I have 2 websites, each with separate URLs. A secondary site is set up as a subfolder of the primary site, and off of this hangs a BlogEngine installation.  So I have:

Primary: http://domainone.com  which lives at c:\sompath\domainone\

Secondary: http://domaintwo.com which lives at c:\sompath\domainone\domaintwo|

and the blog: http://domaintwo.com/blog/ which lives at c:\sompath\domainone\domaintwo\blog\

The problem I am trying to sort out is how to set up the BlogEngine URL to exclude the 'domainone' in the path.  If you navigate to http://domaintwo.com/blog/  you get the homepage of the blog, but clicking on any post takes you to http://domaintwo.com/domainone/blog/post/2012/11/27/etc-so-on-and-so-forth/

Short of moving the domaintwo.com application into its own folder, is there a way to remove the /domaintwo/ from the URL with rewriting or something?
