We have been working with creating blog posts using blogengine with the help of Tiny MCE Editor, it has been deleting code when we paste in any non-HTML codes (like viddler video embed codes) in the the Code view and then switch back to code view mode from WYSIWYG mode again.

 For example if we paste below code

 <!--[if IE]></object><![endif]--> <!--[if !IE]> <!--> </object> <!--<![endif]-->

This code will be converted to code mentioned below when we swith from WYSIWYG mode to code view mode again :-

<object id="viddlerOuter-ba473db1" classid="clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000" width="545" height="349">

<param name="movie" value="//www.viddler.com/player/ba473db1/" />

<param name="wmode" value="transparent" />

<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="always" />

<param name="allowNetworking" value="all" />

<param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" />

<param name="flashVars" value="f=1&openURL=106922991&autoplay=f&loop=0&nologo=0&hd=0" />

Can any one please let me know how to avoid deletion of non html code when we switch back to code view mode from WYSIWYG mode ?
