feedburner feed doesn't validate?

Hi All: I registered my blog with feedburner, and it's picking it up without a problem. The blog is running as a separate application inside a website.

I wanted to bring the top blog posts into the first page of the website, and thought the easiest way to do this would be to pull in the feedburner feed, but I'm getting an error that the blog does not validate. When I run it through the feedvalidator.org website, I'm seeing the following errors:

line 2, column 217: Use of unknown namespace: http://madskills.com/public/xml/rss/module/pingback/ [help]

... nt.css" type="text/css" media="screen"?>

  • line 41, column 135: Ensure lastBuildDate is present when slash:comments is used (15 occurrences) [help]

    ... -b4ad-c025d1091069

Am I doing something wrong or missing a necessary setting? I'm sure there's a better way to achieve my original goal, so any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi, we are having the same problem. Did you ever get to the bottom of this? If so whats the solution?

One day later and feedburner validated OK. I think this is just a bug in feedburner rather than THE ENGINE!
