Extensions not showing

I am having a problem with the extensions not showing up in the admin page when I move the application over to wwwroot. When it is outside of wwwroot and I point my IIS to that directory and go to the admin page, they show up. Any Ideas? Thanks.

I had a conflict in my Web.config with adding <codeSubDirectories> in the system.web

You can actually use code subdirectories if you have to. You can even write extensions in VB.NET adding subdirectory for VB code. And you only need to add sections in web.config - BlogEngine will take care of the rest if you name them CS_Code and VB_Code.

Thanks rtur. That may be were my problem lays... I am trying to include BlogEngine in another App that has the code subdirectories name CSCode and VBCode and not CS_Code/VB_Code. I'll play around with that and see what happens.
