I have just installed a blogengine.net v 1.4.5 and i am receiving this error message
Widget Administration not found.
This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the site administrator has locked access to this section using <location allowoverride="false"> from an inherited configuration file. (D:\hshome\emadbutt\blog\admin\web.config
Here is the web.config file
<pages enableSessionState="true" />
<deny users="?" />
Also, any administrative task give me the same error.
Anyone, have any idea what i need to do?

It sounds like your blog is hosted on a server with really tight security. I just saw a customized version of BE called ModPack that's supposed to run on servers with tighter security. ModPack is hosted
here and more information on it

I tried ModPack but still no luck
Still getting a configuration error.
If anyone has any ideas let me know or else ill have to give wordpress a try i guess.
