Hi

On my Blogengine Blog are two Posts:

http://www.petergyger.net/blogengine/

The Titel from the Post tells you, what is the Problem:
If i upload a article with MS Word 2010 and MetaWeblog.axd i can't open the Post with HTTP.
You see the Header, but you can't open the file. I can open the Post with Word.
But not ober Web (HTTP) with no Browser and no Computer.

With Filezilla i gave all Folders and Subfolders the right to write.

With the Tool Fidder i can Analyse that MetaWeblog write in a Folder "Post" direct in the root of Blogengine. BE direct write his Posts in the subolder "Posts" in the Folder "App_data".

I spend 3 Days! do unterstand and analyze that Problem. I'm frustrated.
No Feedback vom MS ASP.NET Forum or WinHost.com Forum.

Ides?`Solution? Other ways?

There was a patch after final release that addressed issue with slug generation. It should fix metaweblog slugs and upgraded blogs with missing slugs.

Releases only show released versions, with 2.8.0.0 as latest. Newer version you can get under "source code" tab and you'll have to build it in Visual Studio. The "history" link in that "source code" page shows all versions and how they related to releases.
