I can not access dashboard

By accessing the inside of the blog I can I can not access the dashboard tab, the problem has arisen after I delete a review posted that was spam.
This is the error report I get:

If this is the only tab you can't access, try to go straight to trash screen (/admin/Trash.aspx) and purge deleted entries. This might be an issue with spam comment corrupting post markup, as in XML version comments are stored withing post file itself. If admin doesn't work with this, you could open post using FTP and manually remove that comment.
