I am using BlogEngine.net changeset 25500 with the Discovery theme from Adam Zastawshki.  It doesn't look like the Add Widget control is included in this theme, or if it is I am not sure how to enable it. Is there a way I can enable it or do I need to copy it into the theme myself?

Just add the following into your theme's site.master file:

<blog:WidgetZone runat="server" ID="rightzone" />

For formatting, you may need to also copy some of the widget zone CSS styles from the Standard theme's style.css file into your theme's CSS file.  In the Standard theme's style.css file, there's a section marked as the "Widgets" section.
