Get Rid Of Open In New Window Icon

I'm using GreyShadow Theme. How do I get Rid of the little square icon with an arrow pointing out which indicates the link will open in a new window.

I think you're talking about this CSS style in the theme's style.css file

div.post .text a[href^="http:"] {
    background: url(../../pics/remote.gif) right top no-repeat;
    padding-right: 10px;
  white-space: nowrap;
}

You can remove that entire style.  Also, I wanted to point out that this style with the arrow doesn't mean "open in a new window".  It means the link points to an external site ... or at least a link with an HREF tag beginning with "http:" which is generally an external site since internal sites will have relative links not beginning with "http:".

I just started to use GreyShadow theme, I might have more questions along the way.
