Configuration Error

Has anybody ever dealt with this error?  Any solutions?

Server Error in '/blogs' Application.

Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Theme 'White' cannot be found in the application or global theme directories.

It sounds like you have a "theme" defined in your web.config file or somewhere else.  If you look in your web.config file at the <pages> element, you might see something like:

<pages theme="White" />

Or you might have a theme defined within a particular page, like:

<%@ Page Theme="White" %>

If you're not using ASP.NET themes, then you should remove the "theme" from <pages> in web.config or remove it from <%@ Page %> in the individual pages.
