I've downloaded the source files and try to run the blog locally. However I've got this:

Handler "ExtensionlessUrlHandler-Integrated-4.0" contains broken module "ManagedPipelineHandler" in the modules list.

What does that mean and how to fix it?

Thank you.

Thank you for the quick respond. I've tried this:

%windir%\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

Unfortunately, this command didn't help. Will examine SoF.

I've learned in the SoF topic above that it's not possible to run WebDAV and WebAPI in the same site. But there is no information on how to fix the problem, and how to get the blog work.

Here is video on how to work with source code. One of the requirements is .net 4.5 which you probably missing.

The version of the .NET Framework I have is C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319. However when I try to download .Net v4.5, the installation wizard notifies me that .NET v 4.5 is already a part of my system. But there is no .net v4.5 folder on my C drive.

I've examined the video and did exactly the same steps that you've done. There are no errors when I build the app, but when I start bebug the app the browser writes "whaiting for localhost" nad nothing happens (in Chrome only). It works in IE.

The initial problem does not fixed yet. I can't run the website as the IIS app (HTTP 500.21 - Internal Server Error).
What is the reason of such behaviour?

Thank you.
