Hi All,

Have some questions to see if any one had figured these out yet.
  1. How to get Name of the owner of a sub blog to be displayed in the theme of the blog owner.
www.SiteBlog.com/UserName

How do put in the Owner of the Blog Name in the theme?

In this case the Admin of each blog will be the only owner.
  1. How to put a search box that searches all of the /blogs that are within a website and display the result like a search result?
Thanks

For searches (and posts) work across all blogs, you would need set one blog for site aggregation, typically primary. Here is example with primary as aggregator and 2 sub blogs. Author widget seems to be wrong, should show all 3 authors on primary. Everything else works as expected.

Hi Rtur,

But how do you display the Sub blog owner name in a theme to show to all visitors of the sub-blog.

Meaning the owner is not logged in.

Just need to know what setting to use to retrieve that information :)

There is no really blog owner, you can have multiple users with "admin" role. But for your purpose you could use this:
Owner name: <%=System.Web.Security.Roles.GetUsersInRole("Administrators")[0] %>
It will display name of the first user in admin role, given there is only one in your case this should do.
