Is there a way to disable to shorten the duration of's caches on V2.6? I tried some of the fixes such as forcing the reload of the cache but that makes the site slooooooooooow. I ask because if i make a new post outside of admin panel the post does not show up because of the cache. So how shorten the duration or turn it off?

What the point making post outside and then manually uploading it? You can use something like windows live writer or even word to create posts disconnected and then publish to blog at any time. Manually uploading never intended, but sure you can modify code do anything you want, nothing impossible. You could probably add some kind of a file watcher to trigger posts refresh, if you really need to go into this trouble.
