Server Application unavaliable

Hi all.

So iv been trying to get this to work for a better part of the day. Seams like no matter what I do I always get the same error.

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access on this web server is currently unavailable.  Please hit the "Refresh" button in your web browser to retry your request.

Administrator Note: An error message detailing the cause of this specific request failure can be found in the application event log of the web server. Please review this log entry to discover what caused this error to occur.

 

and the application event log gives the following two errors ever time you try to open blogengine.net:

 

Failed to initialize the AppDomain:/LM/W3SVC/35331276/Root/blog

Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException

I'm pretty sure this is related to the ASPNET account or Network Service account not having enough permissions on the right folders.

Here's one Google search that could help.
