Hello all,
This is rather odd, considering I've installed 3 before, and I've never had this issue. I'm running the latest production release of 3.1, and regardless of permissions (full control for the iis apppool\<sitename> account has been allowed on all folders with inherited permissions (I think, whatever the default is), and still the gallery is empty when I go to custom>extensions>gallery. But funnily enough, I can modify gallery settings. Am I missing something here? Thanks.

Where your gallery pointing to? In 3.1 you can point to any Nuget feed, the one used by default should be:
You should see root node for this feed if simply navigate to this URL and see packages if use:

Very odd, because I'm definitely pointed to that particular feed; I checked. Now, a friend of mine who has the same setup doesn't have this issue at all, so I'm wondering if it's maybe a missing role service on the server? I installed IIS via a script that did a whole bunch of other things, so maybe I missed something?
