Wlw, images and SQL Server

Hi there,

I have a blog with a SQL database backend.

Normally I submit posts with Windows live writer, because it is a lot quicker for me than logging in the web dashboard.

When I submit a post with images in it, the images does not get uploaded to the database, they are stored in AppData folder instead. Then, the image.axd handler does not show them to me.

I've been looking into the source code and seems that the upload of files with wlw is not using the configuration and always saving the files to the folder. This is annoying because Wlw is really helpful handling images, thumbnails, watermarks, etc.

Are there any plans to support this scenario? If not, what workarounds can I use to quickly upload a set of images, and its thumbnails, to a post?

Thank you very much!
