Is it possible that a specific category appears as a menu entry and when I click on it all the posts in that category are shown?

Each category has a link to view all the posts for that category.  If you click on a category link within any post (the category links are usually at the bottom or top of each post), you'll see the URL to retrieve the posts for that category.  The URL will look something like:

http://www.example.com/category/My-Category.aspx

you mean that I copy the link of that category and then create a hard link in top menu?

yeah that could be done but my developer does not approve this solution. I would like a more dynamic solution.

I would also like to remove that category from the list of category.

Sorry, your original message sounded as though there was a single, specific category link you wanted to appear in the menu.  Didn't realize this was a dynamic feature you were trying to add.

Take a look at the CategoryList.cs control in the App_Code\Controls folder.  That is a dynamic control that outputs a link for each category.  It's used by the Category List widget that MGD_King referred to.
