How to actually add a widget to the page?

I not know how to add a downloaded widget to the page. I read that a sidebar should allow me to add the widget to the page, but I do not see the widget sidebar when adding/editing a page/post.

I'm using the latest version (everything is up-to-date).

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you,

Hi - login as an administrator, go to the very bottom of your website front page, you will see a drop down, use that.

Godsend! Thank you very, very much. I feel foolish, but I'm certainly glad I reached out to you.

I recommend posting the question as a new topic--notifying others of your question. This said, BlogEngine.NET is optimized for SEO. One of the nice features is MVC (Model-View-Controller), which is an architectural pattern, but essentially eases successful SEO for your site(s).

I'm new to BlogEngine.NET as well. We'll learn to use the system together!

Welcome and good luck,
