Dashboard is not accesible with SQL Server seup for blogengine 3.1

I have just downloaded the blogengine 3.1 and facing some issues:

when working with XML provider everything is working fine. But I want to use it with SQL server.

I have changed following things for that :
created a database and executed the latest sql script. taken the .config file of SQL server folder and replaced with we.config.

Modified credentials for SQL server Login.

Now, I am able to login and visit all the pages and able to write new post...

But when clicking on Dashboard link it always redirect me on login page recursively and I am not able to view Dashboard page.

I have also downloaded 3.0 but faced the same issue.

Please suggest me if I need to make any other change for Sql Server Setup.

I am able to resolve this issue by following these steps:
  1. Earlier my website was running on IIS Exprees. I hosted it on IIS.
  2. Giving Permision on Root Folder for User "IUSR".
Click on Website--> Edit Permission --> Click on Security Tab --> click on Edit Button --> Click on ADD--> enter 'IUSR' --> check names --> OK-->apply-->OK-->OK
Make these permissions are marked : Read&Execute, List Folder Content, Read.
  3. Giving Permission on APP_Data folder for the user "IIS APPPOOL\DefaultAppPool".
repeat the same step as of step 2 & please also give write permission for this user.
  4. Restart AppPool.
