Missing "users" and "stats" functionality in clean 3.3 install

Granted, it has been several years since I used BE, but yesterday I installed a clean version of latest BE for a new blog.

However - some functionality seems to be missing:
  1. User configuration? Where can I find that? I had to manually edit the xml files to add a new admin user to the blog.
  2. Referrer stats? That also seems to be missing.
If I try to log into the "Admin demo" on http://zoo.azurewebsites.net , those things seem to be missing too.

How do I enable these features? My blog is hosted on the provider "unoeuro.com" .

I haD the same issue, and found
https://github.com/rxtur/BlogEngine.NET/wiki/Configuration

I changed the Usage Scenario in web.config to "multiusers" and I can see the "Users" function in settings

Thank you :-)

You wouldn't happen to know how to get access to referrer stats as well, do you ?

Yeah really useful, why is the default single user?
