Textbox widget Title Bar

How does one get the Textbox widget title bar to remain visible in version 3.3 ?

I did not have this problem in version 3.0.

I didn't see any Title bar for Textbox Widget on your blog. if this is your blog.

The textbox widget is the one where my photo is located. No way to get the title bar to render…..something like “About the Author”.

1_ Go to the http://blog.plippard.com/admin/app/editor/editpost.cshtml

2_ on the editor toolbar click on the <> icon for the source code view. and paste this code:

3_ then you click on the OK.
4_ Select all and Copy. (don't worry about what it looks like on the editor)
5_ Go to your Widget Textbox and select all and remove and paste.
6_ Save, Done.
