Unneeded BlockCopy in the WebResourceFilter

In the WebResourceFilter, in the method 'Write', there are the following lines:

byte[] data = new byte[count];
Buffer.BlockCopy(buffer, offset, data, 0, count);
string html = System.Text.Encoding.Default.GetString(buffer);

There is no actually needs for the BlockCopy there.
