Hello I’m noob in programming, sorry for my dummy questions

I download BlogEngine (change set 28725)

Open project in Visual Web Developer 2008 Express Edition, change from debug to release in Configuration Manger and compile project, copy compiled project to IIS 7 directory make application.

When I navigate to blog Im gating this error

Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BlogEngine\App_Data\datastore\extensions\AkismetFilter.xml' is denied.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\BlogEngine\App_Data\datastore\extensions\AkismetFilter.xml' is denied.

I dabble recheck its not permissions issue, there no such file in directory. When I manually create that file (AkismetFilter.xml) then blogs works, but witch some error.

What I need to do for compile and use latest version blogengine?,

You manually created AkismetFilter.xml, but what did you put in it?

After manually creating AkismetFilter.xml, what errors are you getting?

Here's the content of the AkismetFilter.xml file I have (for reference).

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<ManagedExtension xmlns:xsi="" xmlns:xsd="" Name="AkismetFilter">
  <Description>Aismet anti-spam comment filter</Description>
  <Author>&lt;a href=""&gt;BlogEngine.NET&lt;/a&gt;</Author>
  <AdminPage />
